Cooking with Flowers

In this workshop, you will learn how to include seasonal flowers in your cooking.

Together we will learn about several seasonal edible flowers exploring their flavours and nutritional qualities, tasting as we go.

Over refreshing glasses of a flower-infused drink, we will then make a delicious salad using a variety of seasonal flowers and plants, both wild and cultivated.

Where: King John's Nursery, Etchingham, East Sussex, TN19 7AZ
