In this workshop you will learn how to safely and sustainably forage for wild ingredients. We will begin with a walk through fields and along hedgerows in the beautiful East Sussex, learning about and tasting seasonal plants as we go.
The walk will conclude at King John’s Nursery, where we will gather under the shade of a tree to make a delicious seasonal salad with the ingredients we have foraged.
Glasses of a home brewed, flower-infused drink and cake will be provided!
