In this workshop you will learn how to safely and sustainably forage for wild ingredients. We will begin with a walk through fields and along hedgerows in the beautiful East Sussex, learning about and tasting seasonal plants as we go.
The walk will conclude at King John’s Nursery, where you will then make your own wild ferment and pickle to take home.
This workshop is designed to deepen your relationship with plants, inspire confidence in working with seasonal ingredients and bring people together through a shared appreciation of the natural world.
A flower-infused drink and a delicious seasonal treat will be provided.
