In this workshop, we will work with a selection of beautiful summer flowers to create herbal balms, infused oils, tisanes and oxymels that you will be able to take home with you.
Over refreshing glasses of a flower-infused drink, you will learn how to identify, grow, and forage for the plants we work with. Together, we will explore their medicinal properties and discover how these plants can support both personal wellbeing and community care.
Guided step by step, you will create your own herbal healing balm, infused oil, and oxymel to take home and continue your herbal journey.
This workshop is designed to deepen your relationship with plants, inspire confidence in working with herbal remedies, and bring people together through a shared appreciation of the natural world.
A flower-infused drink and a delicious seasonal treat will be provided.
