QUALIFICATIONS

I hold a Nutrition Advisor certification with The School of Health and I am registered with The Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners. I have several years experience working with Herbs and practising Herbalists. I am a qualified yoga teacher.

The initial consultation is primarily listening and information gathering. This is a deep dive into your symptoms, diet, lifestyle, habits, family and medical history, stress levels, environment, relationships, and emotional wellbeing.

You will then receive a detailed personalised plan, including health analysis, nutritional guidance, herbal support, supplementation, and lifestyle practices.
